Manta Shark Aquatics Swimming Course Notice

Please carefully read the following course notice. By clicking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms below.

Course Guidelines and Safety Notice

1. Student Registration

All students must complete the registration process before participating in classes.

2. Course Purchase Options

New students may purchase a single trial lesson (priced proportionally).
To continue lessons, students must purchase a lesson package. Single-session purchases are not available for long-term training students.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be notified at least 24 hours before the lesson starts.
Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Swimming Safety Rules

Students should not enter the pool before the class begins.
Students may arrive 10 minutes early and wait in the designated poolside area.
If a student enters the water before the official start of the lesson, all related safety responsibilities will be borne by the student and their guardian. The school assumes no liability.

5. Late Arrival and Absence Policy

Students may join the lesson at any time, but the session duration will not be extended.
If a student is absent, it will be considered a forfeit, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

6. Health and Medical Statement

Students must ensure they are in good health for swimming. Any special conditions (e.g., epilepsy, asthma) must be reported to the coach and management in advance.
If a student feels unwell (e.g., fever, contagious illness), they should not attend class to avoid affecting others.

7. Class Arrangements and Weather Conditions

In cases of extreme weather (e.g., thunderstorms, typhoons), we will decide whether to cancel classes and notify students accordingly.
We reserve the final decision. If a class is canceled, it may be rescheduled, and the session will be retained for future use.
If a student cannot attend for personal reasons, the standard cancellation policy applies.

8. Pool Usage Rules

Students must wear appropriate swimwear (no cotton clothing) and a swim cap, following pool regulations.
Running, pushing, or jumping from heights in the pool area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

9. Parent and Spectator Guidelines

Accompanying and Spectating: To maintain class focus, parents may watch from designated areas. However, loud talking or giving instructions near the pool is not allowed, as it may disrupt the lesson.
Parent-Coach Communication: Parents with questions may schedule a discussion with the coach after class. Please do not interrupt the lesson or distract students and instructors.

10. Photography and Privacy

The swim school may take photos and videos of class activities for teaching records or promotional purposes.
If students or parents do not consent, please inform us at the time of registration.

課程規範與安全須知

1. 學生註冊

所有學生必須完成註冊手續後，方可參與課程。

2. 課程購買方式

新學生可選擇單次購買單堂課程（費用依比例計算）。
若繼續參與課程，需選購課程包，單次課程不適用於長期訓練學員。

3. 課程取消與更改

取消或更改課程須於課程開始前 24 小時通知我方。
若於 24 小時內取消，將無法退款或更改課程時間。

4. 游泳安全規範

學生請勿於課程開始前擅自進入泳池。
學生可提前 10 分鐘至池畔房休息區等候課程開始。
課程尚未正式開始期間，若學生自行下水游泳，所有相關安全責任由學生本人及家長自行承擔，本方概不負責，敬請知悉並遵守。

5. 遲到與缺席政策

學員無論遲到時間長短，皆可加入課程，但不會延長課程時間。
若學員缺席課程，將視為自動放棄，無法補課或退款。

6. 健康與醫療聲明

學員須確認自身健康狀況適合參與游泳課程，如有特殊健康需求（如癲癇、氣喘等），需提前告知教練及管理人員。
若學員感到身體不適（如發燒、傳染性疾病等），請勿參加課程，以避免影響其他學員健康。

7. 課程安排與天氣影響

若遇惡劣天氣（如雷雨、颱風等），本方將決定是否取消課程，並負責通知學員。
本方擁有最終決定權，若課程取消，可安排更改，並保留課堂數供後續使用。
若學員因個人原因無法參與，則需依照標準取消政策處理。

8. 泳池使用規範

學員須穿著適當泳裝（不得穿著棉質衣物）及泳帽，並遵守泳池使用規則。
禁止在泳池內奔跑、推擠或從高處跳入泳池，以確保安全。

9. 家長與觀課規則

陪同與觀課：為確保學員專注學習，家長可在指定區域觀看課程，但請勿在泳池周圍大聲喧嘩或指導學員，以免影響課程進行。
家長與教練溝通：若家長有疑問，可於課後預約與教練討論，避免影響課堂進行。請勿在課程進行中干擾教練或學員。

10. 攝影與隱私權

本游泳學校可能會拍攝課堂活動照片與影片，作為教學記錄或宣傳使用。
若學員或家長不同意，請於註冊時提前告知。
