Cancellation Policy
All swim lesson cancelations and rescheduling should be done 24 hours before the scheduled lesson starts.
Please cancel or reschedule lessons on this website or the app (downloadable at the bottom of the webpage), or message the Manta Shark Aquatics team for assistance.
If you have purchased a swim plan via "credit card payment," all payment refunds will be subjected to a deduction of a 5% platform fee. Please note that the payment refund can only be made for cancelations 24 hours before the lesson start time. Lesson RESCHEDULING before 24 hours will NOT be subjected to any platform fees.
If you have purchased a swim plan via "cash, check, or Zelle," payments can be fully refunded for cancellations at least 24 hours before the start of the first lesson.
Those who do not need a payment refund can reschedule lessons either on the website or by contacting a Manta Shark Aquatics team member.

請由此網站 (Booking APP) 內退課選項內自行進行退課，或私訊由工作人員協助更換或退課。
1. 若經由『網站信用卡購買課程套組』，取消課程將會扣除 5%平台手續費，其餘金額進行退款。請注意退款需要在課程開始前24小時取消課程，退款金額為扣除5%後的課程金額。更改課程不會收取其他費用。
2. 若經由『工作人員發放課成套組』，課程開始前24小時通知，以現金、支票、Zelle 付款可全額退款。
＊不進行退款者，可選擇聯絡內部人員進行更改上課日期。
